Dianne talks to Theresa Prior, PT from Westmeadows in Melbourne, Victoria about motherhood guilt.
She advocates snippets of movement throughout the day and Theresa shares aspects of her personal story in changing professions from being a teacher to becoming a PT and some insights she gained through her own postnatal return to fitness. Pearls of wisdom for mums struggling to find time for themselves for fitness include making small changes and making them slowly, and looking after the body that you have, and no matter where you are at you can start from there.
